Full aromas of seven different lemon varieties give Bright Lemon its unique variety of citrus notes and bright yellow color. The intense aromas and sweetness of ripe apricot and juicy peach are offset by invigorating bitter notes. Herbal Mediterranean finish with the scent of jasmine on the nose. Crisp acidity and a nice depth from the young Riesling.

Bright Lemon is an ode to the citrus fruit, to balmy summer evenings on the Mediterranean, to infinite lightness.

Bitter, sweet & sour

7 DIFFERENT TYPES OF LEMONS

Not just one, but seven different organic lemons such as Amalfi, Cedro or Bergamot provide the incomparably complex citrus flavor of Bright Lemon.

YELLOW STONE FRUITS

Sun-kissed stone fruits such as peach and apricot give our yellow aperitif a beguilingly soft, almost velvety taste and a beautiful sweetness that can only be found in nature.

MEDITERRANEAN HERBS

Herbal, tart, different: the herbaceous nuances of Bright Lemon can be traced back to wild thyme, rosemary and artichoke. As well as a hint of sea salt.

No grapes, no glory.

The basis for Bright Lemon is a Riesling specially developed for ODE by winemaker Nico Espenschied. This is the only grape with the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity and a beautiful depth that is so significant for the aperitif.
